These terms govern your use of Able (“Able,” “we,” “us”), a tool that turns a child’s ADHD diagnosis report into a one-page brief for teachers. By using Able, you agree to these terms.

What Able is — and isn’t

Able reads a diagnosis report you upload and generates a plain-language summary with evidence-based classroom strategies, for you to share with your child’s teacher or another caregiver.

Able is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical, clinical, or legal advice. It summarizes and reformats information from a report already prepared by a licensed professional. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace the judgment of your child’s doctor, psychologist, or care team. Always rely on your child’s qualified professionals for clinical decisions.

Who can use Able

You must be the parent or legal guardian of the child described in any report you upload, or otherwise have legal authority to share that child’s health information for this purpose.

Accuracy of generated briefs

Able uses an AI model to extract and summarize information from your upload. While we aim for accuracy, AI-generated summaries can contain errors or omissions. You’re responsible for reviewing the brief before sharing it — the product is built around a review-and-edit step for exactly this reason. Don’t rely on a generated brief as a substitute for the original clinical report in any context where precision matters (school evaluations, IEP/504 proceedings, medical decisions).

Payment

Your first brief is free. After that, continued use requires a one-time payment of $19 for lifetime access — no subscription, no recurring charge. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Refunds: if Able doesn’t work for you, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.

Your content

You retain all rights to the diagnosis report you upload and the brief Able generates from it. We don’t claim ownership over your content, and — per our Privacy Policy — we don’t retain copies of it after your brief is built.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Able to upload documents you don’t have the right to share, to attempt to access another user’s account or data, or to interfere with the normal operation of the service.

No warranty; limitation of liability

Able is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Able and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to Able is limited to the amount you paid us, if any.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of Able after an update means you accept the revised terms. We’ll update the date at the top of this page whenever that happens.
